Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may try using a water based lubricant like K-Y jelly. Put a liberal amount in your vagina before sex. If you do not wish to be pregnant use contraception all the time, every time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Cervical irritation: It may be cervical irritation if you are engaging in deep intercourse. If the cervix is irritated, the uterus will likely be irritated a bit. Probably nothing to worry about, but if they get worse, please see your primary care provider.
