Hard to say: The limited information you provide does not give much to go on.An elevated eosinophil count suggests an allergic component to her issues, but doesn't narrow the cause or suggest a treatment.This could be as simple as a respiratory allergy, poorly treated asthma, a lung stage of ascariasis infection, or totally unrelated to her cough.A complete history/physical and testing would help sort this out
