More info needed: Was there possible trauma during the oral sex, e.g. forceful sucking or perhaps playful biting? Painful? Any sores? How long have you had it? If painless, no sores, and it's been just a day or two, give it a few more days and see doctor if it doesn't clear up. If sores, pain, etc see doctor ASAP to check for STDs like herpes. Good luck!

Should go away : Not to worry. A cool wash cloth should help. Would hold off on oral sex until feeing better.
