Probably : Minor trauma. Take some Motrin few times a day. Swelling should go down a day or two. See your doctor if symptoms worsen. Or last longer than a week

Small hematoma: This is likely a small amount of bleeding into the local tissue related to the trauma. A warm compress a few times a day should solve the immediate problem in a day or two. But it may take a few more days for this to resolve completely.
