A member asked:

Why is my blood pressure always a little higher during my menstrual cycle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vasoconstriction: Vasoconstriction is the process of the blood vessels contracting and "squeezing " the blood through them which is the process of how the endometrial arterioles (blood vessels) initiate a menstrual flow. Vasoconstriction always raises your blood pressure.
