Lymphadenopathy: Swollen lymph nodes in both axillae is concerning and must be investigated.Possibilities include lymphoma, metastatic malignant tumor, leukemia, viral illness like infectious mononucleosis. Your physician will order appropriate tests and a lymph node biopsy will be recommended if these enlarged lymph nodes don't recede.
