4th gen HIV tests...: ...are 100% conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after exposure. There is no basis for continuing to be frightened you have HIV. Assuming you haven't been reexposed more recently, your 6 week result was conclusive and your 19 week test unnecessary. Stop testing and do your best to move on without worry. Also test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis if not done, much higher risk than HIV.
