Unlikely, if both of: you received adequate treatment. Recurrent infection is not uncommon but there are some treatment failures even with medication. Reinfection, however, is usually due to reexposure to an untreated asymptomatic partner. Besides infection exposure, unprotected sex also puts you at risk for pregnancy unless you are using other contraceptives, so there are broader issue at stake.
