Probably normal: For months after childbirth it is common to have periods that are different than before pregnancy. The uterus is still healing and the hormones are returning to normal. Your bleeding may be heavier or lighter than expected and this is normal. Call your obstetrician if the bleeding is very heavy or if there are other problems.
