Viraemia: Which is probably a viral infection however if the pain is mainly focused in the right lower abdomen you need to see if physician if it is centrally located in the upper abdomen I would suggest going on a liquid diet for 24 hours and take either an antacid or ADPI to see if that helps with the discomfort
