dull ache on left side, not in stomach. usually stomach is queazy after eating. not eating heavy, eating light. no fever. ?

Get checked: Left sided abdominal pain can range from simple gastroenteritis to colitis including diverticulitis. I suggest you get checked by your pcp or surgeon. A ct scan might be needed.
