Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If you are having leakage from the breasts and your pregnancy test is negative consider scheduling a visit to have a Prolactin blood test

Possibly pregnant: Breast tenderness is often one of the first signs of pregnancy and can accompany pelvic cramps and pain. There are other possible causes of these symptoms, but I recommend that you check a pregnancy test or visit your doctor to find out for sure!
