Possible cyst: You may have a corpus luteum or luteal cyst. After you ovulate, the ovary secretes Progesterone via a structure called the corpus luteum. It can be large (i.e. 5-6 cm cyst) and cause pressure. Pregnancy is always a possibility, so do a home pregnancy test if your cycle is late.
