Get care ASAP: Continuing headache after 4 days is seriously abnormal and could indicate bleeding inside your skull, a concussion, or both. This could be very dangerous. Get care today, even though it's Sunday. Call your personal physician's office; probably somone is on call. If that doesn't work or you don't have a doctor, go to an urgent care clinic or hospital emergency department. Good luck!

Post concussive: headache post concussion are not abnormal. First, of all,go get checked out! (if you have not already). Some medications may actually make the headaches worse (anything with butalbital, opioids, etc). After you have ruled out an emergency, see a specialist in concussion and head injury.
