Not an STD problem: No STD causes urinary retrention. Also, 2 weeks is too long for symptoms from a new urethral infection. Almost certainly this is unrelated to the oral sex event, just a coincidence your BPH and prostatitis symptoms occurred at this time. If you have a urinary tract infection, ciprofloxacin may help, but not beause of STD. And no point in STD tests on cipro; they would be negative and meaningless.
