CDC suggests vaccine: The CDC says has recommended that a yearly flu vaccine is the first and most important step in protecting you against flu viruses. But the final decision must be yours. I suggest reading about it at https://www.cdc.gov/flu/protect/keyfacts.htm and than you decide. And at 24 yo I suggest a routine exam by a GP/Family doctor every 6 months and any other time you have health problems.
