I was told i have hypothyroidism but it was never followed up on could the blood work be wrong and i'm actually fine?

Possible: Repeat the tests. Ask your doctor to check tpo antibodies. If it shows hypothyroidism and tpo antibodies are positive, you have thyroid disease and should be treated. If all are normal, then only follow up needed. Good luck.
