+/-: This will not affect your ability to conceive, however increased laxity occurs during pregnancy, and this may lead to worsening of your disc bulges and may result in herniation. Herniation may result in paralysis. Treatments for back pain are also limited during pregnancy. All of this should be discussed with your doctor.

Disks and pregnancy: Bulging disks is a radiologic diagnosis, so your question needs symptoms in order to answer it. The ability to conceive should not be affected by that diagnosis.
