Fertility: First, make sure that your timing is on. Use an over the counter ovulator predictor kit to time your intercourse. Since it has been over a year, medical evaluation is reasonable. Have you had any changes in your health, partner, medications, or has your partner had any changes. Visit with your gyn just for a consultation.

Specialist: I would see a fertility specialist for evaluation. In the meantime, if you are overweight, try losing weight as that can cause you not to ovulate. I would also keep a diary of your menstrual cycle so that the specialist has that information when you see him/her. Good luck to you!
