Uncertain: Numbness could suggest a neurological issue or a vascular issue. The fingers could be related to these but the heel needs more information to clarify. Since you know you have had a Optic neuritis which is also a neurological issue, this may be related. See your physician who treats you for the optic neuritis or see a neurologist
