Nasal bleeding: The usual cause of recurrent nasal bleeding (epistaxis) in the winter relates to affect of cold and often dry air on the nasal tissues. It can be from one nostril or more likely both. You also describe a nasal discharge indicating a possible infectious or allergic condition. Try humidifying your room and applying very small amounts of Vaseline with a Q-Tip. If it persists see an ENT physician.
