It : It may be ovarian pain, which could be due to ovulation, or could be from an ovarian cyst. Typically these cysts resolve, however some persist and can cause pain or the symptoms you described. Unfortunately the only way to make a diagnosis is either via a pelvic exam or pelvic ultrasound. Iif this is the case birth control pills can help reduce ovarian cysts. On the other hand it could be a urinary tract issue (i.e. Infection, or kidney stone causing referred pain). You should see your doctor for a complete evaluation. Good luck.
