Probably not: But maybe. Could be a urinary tract infection, which shouldn't have anything to do with the swimming. But it could be a yeast infection, or vaginitis (bv) - and if that is the cause it may be due to a change in the ph of the vagina that could have been caused by swimming. (not a common cause, but possible).
