Hi can i take promethazine after 5-htp? i have been sick for days now and can't eat. before this i has some mdma which is why i think i feel sick now

Probably yes: Since 5 http and MDMA are not FDA approved medications, we don't know everything about them. Sometimes you don't even get what you think you're getting when the medicines are not controlled. Best I can ascertain, you should be able to take promethazine. It is not on the list of meds that interact.
