Stop the cream: The facial skin is thinner than other parts of the body skin and is much more reactive. Hair removal cream is mostly for legs and the trunk and should be kept away from the eyes . If you face has gotten a rash, you might also be allergic. Stop the cream, wash off the skin and use an emmolient. You might try a light application of cortisone 0.5% cream from your drug store.
