PID Rx, follow-up: You "forgot" you aren't supposed to have sex with a diagnosis of PID??? The most serious STD complication in women? Probably no harm, but partner is at risk. It takes 1-2 weeks for PID to clear up. Wait for diagnostic tests (gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc), continue treatment, and follow doctor's advice for follow-up, including sex. Your sex partner(s) need to be examined and perhaps treated for STDs.
