Perhaps: Off greater concern is the azithromycin, an antibiotic. Antibiotics sometimes induce change in the intestinal bacterial flora and allow a diarrhea-causing bacteria to take over and cause severe diarrhea. The name of the bacteria is clostridium difficile, and you need to see a doctor and have this checked.

Yes: The three can be taken together. If you are already having diarrhea may want to use tylenol (acetaminophen) and talk to you doc aboout maybe changing the antibiotic.

Generic should be ok: Here is the thing about the ibuprofen. If you already are experiencing diarrhea from the Azithromycin then the addition of an NSAID could be be even tougher on your GI tract. Take care.
