Need to see it: This is a hard question to answer without seeing the rash. There are several things that can cause blisters on the hands and feet. Look up dishydrotic eczema, syphilis, and hand, foot, and mouth disease. Those are a few common causes. A doctor would have to see the blisters and maybe do testing to know the cause. You could start with healthtap.com or could see your doctor.
