Mgt: There are many possible causes, and your symptoms are prolonged. A chronic cough should be evaluated. Do you have nasal congestion or drainage? I would suggest discussing a course of antibiotics, a chest radiograph with your PCP. If you have not had the flu vaccination, I would recommend that you be vaccinated, unless contraindicated.
