NO, however...: Yes, you have stopped growing, as all men stop growing at age 18-21 (and women stop growing 2-3 years after puberty). Once the growth plates on your bones chose (as yours did many years ago) it is impossible to grow any more. However, some people can appear to get taller by improving their posture. If you are a bit hunched over then standing straighter will make you appear taller.

NO: I am unaware of any ways to stretch your legs and body. Well there is , but it was called "the rack" and it was a prior form of torture. We are all given a certain size and height for a reason. The beauty and grace of a gymnast is just as remarkable as the power and strength of a middle linebacker. They are simply expressing the beauty they have been give. Find your beauty.

No: Any stretching you do is nice for flexibility but does nothing for height.Once you finish stretching, gravity takes effect and any transient increase in length disappears.
