Black patch on ear: Would follow up with dermatology and insure it is not a mole, if so it may need monitoring to insure does not become melanoma and/or may need to be removed .May also be lentigo maligna non invasive melanoma, seborrheic keratosis /actinic keratosis from sun exposure. Squamous and basal cell CA are usually not black . other lesions tend to be red . f/u/ w/ dermatology
