Flow: Some people hear the noise of turbulent blood flow transmitted to the ear. It sounds like this may be your problem. It can be bothersome but generally isn't dangerous. Discuss with your doctor.

Pulsating tinnitu: Could be pulsatilla tinnitus. If it goes away when pressing on your neck it may be venous from a high riding jugular bulb or other.

Pulsating tinnitus: Sounds like pulsating tinnitus. Many causes. Keep detailed diary on time what makes it better or worse and discuss with Dr. have them listen over head, eye, ear, neck with stethoscope. Let us know what is cause.
