You are fine : You can develop immediate itching (contact urticaria), delayed blisters (contact dermatitis to the chemical plasticizers) in the Polyisoprene. Generalized hives/urticaria and severe anaphylaxis are rare. If you use these synthetic gloves after your hands are already reacting to latex, you would be at greater risk of also developing a reaction to them. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about wearingthem

Yes: It is a synthetic latex but does not have the allergens that latex does. It should be safe for most latex allergy sufferers.
