It happens: This happens occasionally.Gently pulling back the redundant skin during bathing sometimes help adherent skin separate and uncover the attached area. I would just have the doc monitor this during well visits. Rarely they will need to do a separation procedure as the kid get older but that can be avoided if your efforts are successful.
