Whenever i swallow saliva and sometimes even food i can hear some kind of crackling noise from above my soft palate and sometimes i feel its my ears?

TMJ : Sounds like tmj. See a dentist trained in occlusion. He will take x-rays and perform an exam. Other special x-rays may be ordered as well. You may be asked to have a consultation with an orthodontist and an ent. At 26 years of age this should not be taken lightly.
