Not enough info....: But worth being vigilant about. The swollen nodes could indicate an infection, and often this can be accompained by count abnormalities such as a reduced WBC count from transient marrow suppression. If your symptoms don't resolve spontaneously over the next few days, or you develop new symptoms/signs that suggest other blood cell lineages are affected, you should see your dr.
