Chronic pain: Long time chronic pain disabled vet. Take a delay release and acute opioids. Ambien for sleep. Just starting Valium and not certain how long in betwn? ANS: you have a difficult problem and I would rely on the VA pain specialist to guide your treatment. Keep a careful diary of when you take things and how they make you feel. Show to your Dr.
