Not sleeping well: Insomnia means inability to get sufficient sleep. It can be acute lasting a few days to weeks, or chronic. You could have trouble getting to sleep, trouble staying asleep, or both. There are many different causes. Especially if chronic, you need a good assessment rather than automatically medicating the problem.
