Whenever i clean my ear with a q-tip, my hearing seems clogged. i don't go deep either. also when i push the bottom of the back of my ear up. normal?

It sounds like you: may have wax build up in your ear and you are pushing it from the canal up into the area of the drum. You should see a health care provider and have them examine your ears before you do some real harm.

Impacted earwax: Ear cleaning with Q tips is not recommended and this is an excellent example why. You are pushing the wax deeper and now have impacted wax that may not clear naturally. Stop doing it. Maybe try one of the over the counter wax removal kits with eardrops and a bulb to flush with water. Follow the instructions carefully. If that doesn't work, you'll need to see your doctor to have it cleared.
