Hi my wbc is 11.5 is this too high my gp dr doesn't seem bothered and has said it's normal is this right???

Yes: If you WBC at 11.5 id the only issue, do not worry. Even though the count is higher than normal, it may be your normal. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
