Ask your doctor: Treating high BP varies. There are many medications but one size does not fit all. Many people do well with one type of medication, while others need two or three different types. Genetics also play a role, but we can all start lowering BP with low-salt diets, exercise, and losing weight. However, see your doctor as soon as possible.

To vague to answer: there are at least seven different classes of such medicines and many examples in each class and it depends on what other conditions you might also have-i.e. diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, etc. You should go to a human doctor and get a thorough history and physical examination and if necessary some laboratory and imaging exams. After all of that you can discuss with ur doc what 2 do
