Groin pain and walki: Need a much better history! For how long has this been going on? Any history of trauma? Any STD's? Any change over time? Getting worse or better? Any interventions? for how long have you been hypotensive?

Uncertain: This sounds like postural hypotension. This means the blood pressure drops when you're up. There can be a variety of mechanisms and also therapies to help maintain it. I'm uncertain why I have a groin pain also. These are things you can discuss with your physician.
