Foot: Check out the link below, Ottawa foot rules http://www.mdcalc.com/ottawa-ankle-rule/ Basically if you can stand and bear weight the foot is unlikely broken and this is just a bruise. However if you can not bear weight and you have specific pain spots get checked and you likely need a radiograph.
