I just got a tdap vaccine on 1/12. since then, my arm has been killing me and today, 1/14, i have a slight fever of 99.2. is this a normal reaction?

YES: You can have local pain in the arm were the vaccine was given and also a low grade fevers for a few days. All those symptoms seem normal, typically resolve in a day or two.
