If lymph nodes didn't disappear but they became smaller is that mean they are not cancerous?

Yes: If lymph nodes become smaller are not cancer and probably was because of infection.

Probably not cancer: At your age (19), the vast majority of enlarged lymph nodes are not cancerous. Certainly they are not cancerous if they became smaller. Sounds like you don't need to worry any further about this. But see a doctor if they enlarge again or if you otherwise remain concerned.

Probably: Every young adult has some palpable lymph nodes that grow and shrink. They're your friends. Malignant lymph nodes are obviously abnormal. Leave the others alone. Best wishes.
