Most of time i feel some pressure and tightness in right chest only nothing in left. can it symptoms of angina.

Chest pain: At your age highly unliely angina, but you shcould not be having recurrent right sided pressure. Given the symptoms are recurrent and persistent it would be worth checking. I would be more suspicious or a pulmonary problem.
