One time, no, but: if it is reproducible and progressive and predictable it should be checked out by your doc. You do have one risk factor , high blood pressure, but if that is all and you are in good health, given your gender and age it is probably not angina. One time: if it only occurred once, and you have continued to exercise without symptoms, it is probably not anything significant. If you have recurrent symptoms with exercise, let your provider know so you can get it checked out.
