10 days ago terrible left side GI pain after bad meal. Had full blood workup, ultrasound to r/o gallstones, all normal. Diagnosis gastritis. Taking rx antacids. Chest pressure better but still have dull soreness at lower left rib. What could this be?
Pressure in chest that is relieved by burping and back shoulder and chest( around breast) pain on right upper side. Otc ranitidine and Tums (calcium carbonate) helps sum?
