Yeast infection?: UTI doesn't cause vaginal discharge. However conditions that cause discharge can cause UTI symptoms, especially yeast infection which is suggested by itching. Confirm UTI diagnosis with your doctor and make sure she knows about the discharge. Standard testing misses some STDs that cause discharge, especially trichomonas.
