Lightheadedness: Feeling lightheaded when standing or moving is due to drop in blood pressure which decreases blood supply to brain . Feeling dizzy when turning head , also called vertigo is due to ears . For dizziness on standing , it's recommended to keep fluids up , get up slowly but please see doctor to get blood pressure checked and confirm the diagnosis.

Light headedness: This sounds like orthostatic changes associated with changes in position. When you stand, the blood pressure will drop temporarily and cause a light headedness that you feel. If it is shirt in duration and not associated with any fainting, then likely benign and not to worry about. Nonetheless, have your blood pressure checked with orthostatic test done and even check of your hemoglobin.
